Terms and Conditions

Definitions

• "Host" - BertoTools.co.uk
• "MemberPlus" - Fully Paid up Annual Subscriber to Host
• "Termination" - The Host takes action to cancel a member's account based on cause. There is no refund of any subsciptions paid.

1. Once you have initally paid up to become a member of the Berto Tools Faculty, you will receive an email from the Host confirming your payment. You will also be transferred to a final registration page on which you are expected to supply the following information:
   • Your email address which will be used as your username each time you sign in.
   • Your designated password which should be aty least 8 characters which a number somewhere in the center.
2. Subscriptions are payable in advance. Billings are automnatically processed via PayPal.co.uk in the currency you have selected at the time of signing up. There are no refunds applicable for unused or unexpired portions of your subscription.
3. In keeping with the evolving scope of online issues, the Terms and Conditions of this agreement between yourself and Host may be changed by the Host at any time without prior notice to you the member.
4. The Host reserves the right to summarily terminate the account of any member found to be engaging in activities designed to fraudulently increase the click count of publications hosted at bertotools.co.uk
5. The Host reserves the right to summarily terminate the account of any member found to be engaging in activities designed to infiltrate databases maintained and operated by bertotools.co.uk
6. The Host reserves the right to summarily terminate the account of any member found to be using the BTF and its online system as a means of transimitting abuse or offensive language to the staff of BTF, members of the BTF or the public in general.
7. While we encourage the sharing of knowledge and resources we are also mindful of responsible behaviour regarding unsolicited mail. Therefore, the Host reserves the right to summarily terminate the account of any member found to be spamming others i.e. members or non members regarding publications hosted at bertotools.co.uk
8. The member is not authorised to electronically distribute any material displayed on bertotools.co.uk. The Host reserves the right to summarily terminate the account of any member found to be engaging in any such practice.
9. The member is reminded that payment of subscriptions gives the right to use worksheets and accompanying literature from the Host soley for the teaching profession and in no way should these digital creations be seen or used as available for commercial explotation.
10. The member is allowed to print unlimited copies of worksheets directly from the Host during any session when the member is logged in.
